Internet Security Product Launch

Liberty Global was launching a new internet security product in several markets. We were asked to lead the Ziggo NL launch, and later lead launches in PL, IE and CH.

• Successfully delivered technical and commercial launch of F-Secure internet security product in 4 markets (Ziggo NL, UPC PL, Virgin IE, UPC CH). 

• Launched 3rd party customer portal and apps in all markets integrated into existing SSO (Webseal / UXP). Driving SSO development and trouble-shooting with internal and external teams  

• Proposed and implemented fast track, phased approach to allow F-Secure to be included in national Vodafone Ziggo launch promotion
