I've been working as a freelancer for most of my career, and switched to my Dutch Company (Control Alt Deliver BV) several years ago so this business isn't exactly new.
That said, I just finished up a long engagement at Virgin Media in the UK so I am starting a new challenge 😃. Over the past month Kuldeep and I have been putting together a new approach and new look and new approach for our shared consulting practices.
It's still a bit of a work in progress, but this is the new website describing our planned business model:
